Maison Briottet is a family-owned company with a history dating back to 1836, producing high-quality fruit liqueurs. The production takes place in the heart of Burgundy, with Briottet liqueurs being recognized by top bartenders worldwide for creating unique cocktails.
For the apricot liqueur, the most delicious variety of apricot, “Bergeron,” is selected. The fruit is harvested in August in the Rhone Valley (southern France). The apricots are then soaked for several months in a mixture of water and high-quality French neutral alcohol.
