THE TIME HAS COME FOR THE 1st GREEK FINAL OF THE VERO BARTENDER BY AMARO MONTENEGRO

Lakis Gavalas, Yiannis Loukakos and Rudi Carraro are ready to judge the 10 Greek Finalists of the Vero Bartender 2022

10 passionate finalists from all over the country and a exquisite judging panel, are ready to attend Line Athens on Thursday 15 September 2022 for the 1^st Greek Final of the Vero Bartender by Amaro Montenegro.

The finalists will have the unique opportunity to impress, both with their presentation and with the taste of their cocktails with Amaro Montenegro, the 3 judges of the Vero Bartender 2022:

• Lakis Gavalas, iconic Fashion Designer and TV star, who has impressed the most important fashion companies with his creations and knows Italian culture and style better than anyone. His love for Italy and Amaro Montenegro starts at the beginning of his great career when he was working for the Italian state-channel RAI as a fashion shows choreographer.
• Yiannis Loukakos, multi-awarded and recognized as one of the best chefs in our country with a true love for Italian cuisine. Having been a judge on MasterChef Greece and being the owner of 4 restaurants, including the leading Italian restaurant Alio, he is an undisputed connoisseur of Italian cooking and taste.
• Rudi Carraro, Global Brand Ambassador Amaro Montenegro for more than 6 years and bartender in some of London’s best bars, comes from Italy to see how the finalists have embodied the theme of this year’s competition “Sharing the Essence” in their cocktails

The judges of Vero Bartender 2022 by Amaro Montenegro will pick the one who will represent our country in the World Final in Italy and claim the title of Vero Bartender and the price of €6.000 among 19 other countries!

6. Michail Kouroumalos from GOSSIP DOWNTOWN with the cocktail il Premio
7. Ioannis Tsifidas from FRANCO’S RESTAURANT BAR with the cocktail Merlotsanto
8. Anna Maria Samoulada from LOLITA with the cocktail Elena’s Tears
9. Grigorios Gogolos from WHOPE with the cocktail Marabou
10. Georgios Liokos from 115 FIRST FLOOR BAR with the cocktail Reflection

Host of the Competition will be Agapi Petropoulou,  Ambassador of Granikal.
