The Irishman 12 year old Single Malt is aged in 1st fill bourbon casks for at least 12 years. Only the best barrels are selected and production is limited to 6,000 bottles per year.
It is triple distilled, naturally non-chill filtered, with 43% ABV for a unique premium Irish whiskey experience.
The first sip is an explosion of rich flavors, with hints of vanilla enhanced by black pepper, giving way to a strong fruity experience.
At the end, a very special cereal aftertaste dominates.
