GARNACHA EDITION LIMITADA, BODEGAS RAMON BILBAO 2021

Light bright ruby ​​color with intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry, pomegranate and dried herbs with hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and white pepper. Fresh and juicy in the mouth with subtle tannins and persistent fruity aftertaste.

The vineyards are located at high altitude in the Rioja Oriental zone, on shale and poor stony soils that give Garnacha expressiveness and finesse. Low intervention vinification, fermentation in concrete tanks and aging in large 500L oak barrels.

Meat: Grilled chicken with thyme or marinated pork, tapas with chorizo ​​or jamón, grilled vegetables, grilled aubergines.

Vegan: Baked chickpeas with smoked paprika, shakshuka, sun-dried tomato and basil risotto.
