Libarna is a premium Grappa with a history that dates back to 1832 in Turin, and its distillation is exclusively carried out in copper stills. Grappa Libarna is produced from fresh pomace, which is the leftover grape skins, seeds, and stems after the winemaking process. We process the pomace while it is still fresh and moist to preserve the authentic aromas of the grapes.
