DIMITRIS STAMIDIS, THE 1ST GREEK VERO BARTENDER BY AMARO MONTENEGRO

The 1st Greek competition of Vero Bartender by Amaro Montenegro at Line Athens was full of emotions, tasty cocktails with Amaro Montenegro, passionate finalists and an impressive jury.

The level of all the contestants was high, with the judges having to judge the details of the finalists’ cocktails, where the taste certainly played a big role, as well as the presentation & storytelling.

The one who unanimously impressed all three judges and deservedly won the first place was Dimitris Stamidis from Abuelos in Perea with the Signora Lealtà cocktail!

An impressive… and only woman in Florence was Dimitris’ inspiration for the Signora Lealtà cocktail which contains Amaro Montenegro, Mezcal, Peach & Brew Cordial, Foamer and is topped up with Mandarin & Bergamot Soda.

Second place was awarded to Gogolos from Whope in Thessaloniki with the Marabou cocktail and third to Antonis Delentas from Matsuhisa Athens Restaurant with the cocktail Madame Déjà Vu.

Good luck Dimitris in the World Vero Bartender competition in Italy and bring the big trophy back to Greece!!!
