A wine that reveals a richer and more aromatic version of the Athiri variety. The grapes come from the hidden valley of Kymisala, where the most fertile soils and increased humidity provide roundness and floral intensity. There, Athiri grows in poor volcanic soils at an altitude of 600 meters. Slow fermentation at low temperatures and the 8 months it spends on the lees, in amphora and stainless steel tanks, preserve the purity of its character and enhance its structure with the presence of oxygen. Its color is white with green hues. Its aroma is complex, with white flowers such as jasmine and acacia, herbs, and tropical fruits like banana and lychee dominating, followed by notes of almond and fresh bread crust. Its taste is rich with pronounced minerality and a nutty finish.
