SAUVIGNON BLANC 100%, 750ML

Aromatic, with notes of lemon, white chestnut, green apple and freshly cut grass for botanical freshness. Cool with lively acidity and subtle notes of minerality.
Vineyards in Collio DOC, at an altitude of ~200 300m, calcareous clay soils with optimized sun exposure. Mild vinification in stainless steel tanks, without aging.

Goes well with: ceviche, salads with citrus dressing, grilled fish, sushi, chèvre, vegetables with vinaigrette.
