50 % MERLOT, 40 % CABERNET FRANC, 10 % PINOT NOIR, 750ML

Color deep purple. Aromas of black fruits such as raspberry, plum, pepper, spices and wood notes with cocoa. Smooth and balanced in the mouth, with moderate tannins and a fairly long finish. Vineyards in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, on rocky shale soils. Vinification with mixed barrel and tank aging for 22 months and remaining in the bottle for 6-8 months before being released to the market.

Meat: grilled red meats, ragù with mushrooms & aged cheese, grilled vegetables, tapas with a strong taste.
