
Medium, bright ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of red fruits such as plum, raspberry and notes of wood. Silky tannins with a balanced structure. Long aftertaste with acidity for freshness.It is characterized as a smooth “fluid, structured, stimulating” wine, with a bodynamic philosophy. Vinification & fermentation in French & American oak barrels for 15 months, it remains for 8-10 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
The vineyards are located in the various ecosystems of the D.O. Ribera del Duero with respect each time to the terroir of the area.
